About me

A person wearing a colorful poncho and white pants walking on a snowy landscape with dark storm clouds above.

I’m a board-certified adult psychiatrist with a deep commitment to helping people reconnect with their values and cultivate the insight and tools they need to feel whole.

My training has given me a strong foundation in both the science and art of care. I completed my psychiatry residency at UC San Diego and received additional research fellowship training at UC Los Angeles, UC San Diego, and the VA San Diego Healthcare System. Along the way, I’ve gained extensive experience in medication management, a variety of psychotherapy approaches, and developing tailored, holistic, evidence-based programs for mental health.

This diverse background allows me to offer care that is truly personalized, supporting you in exploring what matters most to you and building meaningful, lasting change.

I named my practice Inwardly, because I believe healing starts with turning inward: gaining a deeper understanding of your unique story, your values, and the patterns and unconscious influences that have shaped your life.

Together, we’ll bring curiosity and insight to the deeper layers of your mind, uncover inner strength and shift patterns that no longer serve you. Along the way, we’ll develop practical tools and create a plan that feels both grounding and transformative. My goal is to help you move toward a life that feels more aligned, intentional and fulfilling.
